This Privacy Policy describes how Creator HQ(“Creator HQ”, “the app”, “we”, “us”) handles information. Creator HQ is a personal social-media analytics dashboard operated by Ethan Chow for his own creator accounts. It is not a multi-user service and does not onboard third-party users.

Information we access

When you connect an account, Creator HQ accesses the following data via the platforms’ official APIs, strictly on a read-only basis:

• TikTok (via Login Kit and the Display API, scopes user.info.profile, user.info.stats, video.list): your display name, avatar, profile link, bio, verification status, follower/following/likes/video counts, and your public videos with their view, like, comment and share counts, hashtags and timestamps.
• Instagram (via the Instagram Graph API): your profile details, media, post-level insights, and aggregate follower demographics.

How we use it

Creator HQ uses this data solely to display analytics, charts, audience insights, and content suggestions within the dashboard for the account owner. Data is fetched on demand to render the dashboard.

Storage and sharing

Creator HQ does not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party. Account data is not persisted in a database; it is retrieved live from the platform APIs to render each view. Access tokens are stored only as server-side environment variables used to authenticate API requests.

Data deletion

Because Creator HQ does not store your platform data, there is nothing to delete on our side. You can revoke the app’s access at any time from your TikTok or Instagram account settings, which immediately stops all data access.
